I have to say, these bad days have been fewer and far between than I imagined they'd be. That said, my back hurts so bad today, I **** you not, I have to focus to breathe through the pain.

 

I hear ya Chris. It got so bad at work one time, it radiated around front and I went to make sure it wasn't my appendix

 

The only reason I'm surviving all this moving is because I'm on pain killers but this is my last script. My back is pretty trashed too.

 

John, I'm not there yet, but I get how the pain can move. Weird how the brain works.
I don't do pain killers. At least, not yet. I'll push through this and I'll work out these muscles over the next few weeks again. It's my spine that hurts, but working the muscles will help alleviate that pain.

 

Mine was trashed before I got hit by a car but now it's pretty intense, I wouldn't go without if you're in that much pain, you should at least have some laying around for emergencies.

 

I have plenty lying around if I really need it, but I'll be in tears before I even think about using it.
