Watching the Bills bend over the Jets. Not a great game but glad to see the Bills do ok. I've always liked them for whatever reason. And I won't celebrate Rodger's extremely brief time on the field (before the injury), but I did call it. Just didn't think it would be this soon. First drive! Jesus! And Zach Wilson is just terrible. I feel for Jets fans. But dayum.....when will management realize sloppy seconds won't bring championships?

So Walla Walla, as mentioned, is the home of Batman/Adam West (so the real Batman). My Batman story as related by Cheryl - she was at LAX and Adam West hit on her at 8AM. He was totally wasted. She was 19 and he was like 128. the conversation went like this -

Adam - You're really pretty.

Cheryl - You're really old.

Adam - Do you know who I am?

Chery - Da da da da da da da da -Batman!

Adam - walks away.



Not that I condone being mean to an old man. But dude...drunk at 8AM and hitting on 19 year olds??

If you get to see Carol again, don't tell her this unless you want to hear several celebrity airport stories. She used to be a ticket agent for Eastern. I don't think I've ever spoken to a celebrity although I've seen a few in passing, but I did enjoy watching Roy Clark get in his Beech Bonanza and leave. He was very hung over - or possibly hadn't reached the hung over stage yet... Enjoyed watching a Phoenix tv news woman, too, an absolutely gorgeous woman from 4 or 5 feet away. Strange, she looked kinda ordinary on tv. My ex had us all beat, though, she mouth kissed Bob Crane (Hogan's Heroes) a few days before someone killed him. Wasn't me, I wanted to see his act again.
