Hey toakers, busy morning. Disability has got my stuff all messed up. Someone gave them the idea I get a pension from work. I don't, I opted for a one time payment. So, they're shorting me $300 a month until they figure it out. My last representative had it figured out, this new guy is trying to short me at every turn
The missus has tested positive for the VID. I tested negative but I actually think that is what I have had over the last week. My only symptom was very slight shortness of breath and mild fatigue when I should have been rested. I had been worried about it but planned to discuss with my cardio doc at the upcoming appt. I feel better now. I I think it was also the VID.

Yeah, election time is around the corner.
Cortisone shot in my shoulder. I wish I could say instant relief, but it's a damn good improvement. I still don't have the full range of motion but the pain considerably less.

Tomorrow should be my last visit with my cardiologist, I saw him 6 months ago (after losing 112 pounds) and he told me if I kept it off for 6 months he would take me off the remaining does of BP meds.
I went from 4 meds down to 1, a half of 2.5 mg carvedilol and yes I've maintained my weight.
