Hailing from "America's Dairyland", I feel qualified to answer. Usually the drier cheeses are a bit saltier. Those are what I prefer.

In other news...

we're back at the ranch sitting on the patio listening to Hank, Waylon, and Stevie. The neighbors better mind their own.

In other new some turd sideswiped (while parked at market) the wife's Passat left front fender (not to bad) but scratched the proximity sensor for the collision avoidance system so it was always alerting, thankfully you can go into the menu and disable it.
People suck
