TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge part XIV.
My GoPro audio woes continue,, some a$$ho7e did not plug the mic in all the way, awesome video nothing but buzzing crackling audio.
I did better with my $50- CHINA camera.
One more try tomorrow if it works awesome if not I will sell/trade for parts.

Back from the hike. Missed a turn in the woods so it was 5.7 miles instead of the planned 6. The weather was perfect - 60ish and cloudy. We really are fortunate to have this steps from our house -
And while 5.7 miles may seem like bragging, I'm happy I can do it. When I first got here I was having knee issues and I was worried that now that I live near such great hiking, I wouldn't get to use it. Now, a little over a year later, it feels great. No real knee issues to speak of. I think just getting out there and walking really helped. So my words of encouragement are to get out there and live life.

Wise words and sage advice Bob.

Bob was that 5.7 mi one way? Ours was 4 in 4 out but mostly flat. My first time on this trail. Trail head is across the road from the town of Harmony.
5.7 total. It's a loop.
