40 minutes on elliptical complete.
Church BBQ today, but a ride is order before we go, it will be my wife's first time on the Harley since I brought it home 3 weeks ago

Good morning all. Just got back from a nice power walk. It is in the 60's so I did not even break a sweat. We should be on the bikes this morning but it seems she wants to sleep in. I think I will go play golf in the points game.
