3 miles a day is impressive. I did 4ish today but that’s pretty rare. Just me and the dog, Gab is out frolicking in Nashville until Tuesday

Then I put a brisket on the New York Smoker. First try at it, and like I said, fingers crossed…

That’s all the fat trimmings Stan. I saw somewhere you can make beef tallow from all that, so giving it a shot.

whenever this comes off tomorrow, I got a couple pounds of venison jerky and beef jerky to throw on
