Alot of small farms had them up here in the 40s and 50s. Not many left up here except for the survivors or the restorations.

It's thought provoking, many farmers used them 60-70 years ago to get their main work done. They were especially useful if you raised hay.
Today most farmers have a lawn mower with more horsepower than the old Fords.

Stan, when I first started doing concrete I used an old Ford 2600. That was a workhorse little tractor. Then Kubota came out with a tractor with a front end loader. We thought we had died and gone to heaven. This was around 1983. I guess every generation has it easier than the last.
