Audrey's husband was at a bachelor party last night, so I hung out with her and the kids for the evening. She's realized despite the nice parts, that house with a stable and 8 acres isn't a good fit for her family, back to the original plan for getting the acreage and seeing what they can do to it for more money than I could ever have come close to. Two more years, minimum she thinks, to do it right. They've got it pretty nice where they are, but she wants what I always wanted, away from traffic and noisy neighbors with room for whatever she wants.

A new tenant in one of the buildings she property management for told her everyone working there is to be addressed as they or them, no guy or gal pronouns. Told her I'd dump them immediately, but she said they're the property owner's clients, and there's other businesses in the building she'd have to give up, too. She doesn't have to see them much at least. At least none of the Minneapolis buildings she manages got vandalized the past couple years, like some did in the 2020 madness.

Number 5 is getting alert to the world around him now. Hope he won't be like number 3, that one is still hard to put up with. He's not on my schedule for this school year, can't say I'll miss him. So far I'm already starting to like this one.
