My kubbing adventure was a success. 150 miles out in the 105 degree heat sucked the life out of me. Here are a couple of my favorite photos from yesterday. Mostly, I shot videos for Instagram.

Back from kubbing. Oil change today. After the road trip west I am well overdue.

Do that same photo with a scenic background, or maybe on a rise so the whole bike's background is sky. Sharp photo, would be better without the manmade stuff in the background. And power lines... I notice stuff like that in my photos - after I've taken them.

 

Afternoon gents. The weather would be nice were it not for the smoke from wild fires.



We're in "moderate", but very close to "unhealthy". There's a really bad fire well east of us by Spokane. Their air quality was over 400 this morning, which is insane. Over 9000 acres and climbing. Lots of structures destroyed and it's on both sides of I-90, which is closed. We're supposed to go through there in a week. I hope they get it under control quickly.

 

Cooking up a pot of Anasazi beans with Rotel, onions, garlic and bacon. Will be making cornbread later…
