TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge part XIV.
The frozen shoulder doesn't mean it isn't moving at all, but it gets to a point, about half way through normal rotation, then locks mechanically. It's incredibly painful and the vigorous PT is not getting through it. There have been huge improvements, but it's not getting further than it's at. There's scar tissue built up and that is causing the freeze. I am told there are a few way to manage it and the vigorous PT is hitting it hard. So hard in fact, my shoulder bruises after sessions. I need to get that scar tissue out of there. There's also the fear of a bone spur from improper healing, which could be causing the pain.
That's funny, Jeff. I've heard that about shoulders. I'm sure I'll get this all sorted. I was warned it may take a long time to heal, and it's proving to be so. At least it doesn't hurt like it did. It hurts, just not THAT bad, so I'm okay with that. But I can't ride my Springer unless I change out the bars.

Chris, I’ve been through frozen shoulder in first the left and then the right, back to back. It was very painful, I did all the physical therapy that they ordered ( it had very little affect) the doctor told me it would go away ( mostly on it’s own in “SIX MONTHS “ !) . I had steroid shots in both, they helped but did not take away all the discomfort. Sure enough it went away on it’s own ( like it never happened) six months each. I couldn’t believe it, the Doc nailed it.

Guitar case came in. The Warlock didn't fit, but the Les Paul does. Here they are, in their cases
