Good morning all. I miss pizza more than anything I have eliminated from my diet. I have had a few slices of pizza on a cauliflower crust. At least there was cheese and pizza sauce but without pepperoni, sausage and a nice light and thin flour crust it was just not the same. I have discovered a pasta made from flour that is actually ground red beans. I will be trying that soon with some marinara. Missing Mexican food is a very close second. Minus the tortillas I can capture most of those flavors in a nice taco salad though.

Jeff you don't ever have a cheat day at all? Yesterday was 30 days on the Carnivore diet and I have been strict with it and it's worked. BUT.....pretty soon I plan on, not a cheat DAY, but a cheat meal. Not huge portions, maybe 3 slices of pizza or a burger, that's it, then back to my diet.
Carnivore is the best diet I have ever tried. Takes a day or 2 to adjust, but the results are real.
Right now I'm within 3 lbs of the weight I was in the pic below with Cool Hand Luke, which was taken not quite 3 yrs ago. No belly and feeling good. I plan on going maybe 5 lbs below that weight, and it will be ideal for me.
