Evening Woodsnitzes. Headed out to dinner with the missus at some fancy wood fired pizza place which means it probably gets an extra dollar symbol in the reviews. To lessen the blow, I’ve been told that it is half priced wine night so Kristi should be happy.

Today is day 30 of my carnivore diet. I have not strayed. I've lost 14 lbs. I've heard 10 lbs a month is average, so I'm pleased with the results.
I get a cheat day very soon....
