Thanks! Not sure what you call these, but she does a lot of these. Son-in-law did a pencil drawing of my parents from one of their pictures. My parents could not believe how good that was. When they passed, I kept that drawing and we have it hanging on our wall. He has done several drawings like this, plus others. One of our "new" Cobra helo mounted at our Legion post. Talent is in that family! And yes, I'm proud as hell of them too!!!!

Evening Woodrow's....

Had to spout some truth in the "who's going to Sturgis" thread. Can't remember where it is, Touring section I think.

Probably hurt some feelings but damn there's some real idiots out there riding motorcycles, and they have no business being on them.

Success is mine! , thanks to Tim, with a repair idea . The easy out bolt extractor was not working ( mostly because the pilot hole wasn’t dead center) . So Tim suggested I use a Dremal with a tiny grinding tip to get the hole more concentric After that was successful, I was able to drill and tap the hole. I even was able to use the same size bolt (M6) as the original . Like Al used to say. It’s good to know people.

Amen to the mess. Four of us took trip down Route 66 in June. We all have Cardo communicators. We had a "set" formation, me as lead. (didn't care to do that all the time!!) But only once we had an issue...when a semi truck pulled over on me while I was right beside him.... thank God for all my dirt riding experience....instant reflexes, on the brakes, back end side to side, stood up on pegs, and happy as **** the trucker finally saw me and pulled back over! BUT.... we held a decent formation, plenty of room, and any stops or changes were always communicated via Cardo. I do not care to ride in large groups for this very reason. I want small group and communicators. That mess could have been eliminated if they communicated. AND if the lead rider make sure his lights all work!!!
