I have to wonder, if they have enough pull to get the cops to break that many laws. Pretty crazy stuff. Not a lot of "Big Picture" thought put into that raid. Although the article is only their side of the story, it looks pretty bad.

 

 

Then there’s the divorce part which seemed to get it all started add alcohol and there ya go. Instant liberal raid.

 

Beginning to think I might have to learn to airbrush to get the color and shading I want. Not giving up yet, just finding ways that don't work

Have you ever tried these? I painted many guitars utilizing these babies. You can get them at Home Depot or similar stores, Amazon too probably. I found they do a much better than job than a rattle can. A nice light mist. I would prime first, then start layering on coats. I would buff with the finest steel wool I could find between coats. The first couple of buff outs looks like you are removing all the paint, then it starts to build nicely. After about 5-7 coats it really pops. Clear coat it and voile!

 

The heat and humidity aren't helping, but on a properly prepared surface and better sandpaper and you get the idea
