I love any and all kind of potato's. Favorite is probably pan fried in a cast iron skillet, where they get that crust.

I’ll slice one up, mix it with onions and some sausage. I follow a pretty simple regimen for the baked potatoes, rub down the spuds in bacon grease, salt the crap out of them and cook them.

 

When I cook spuds on the grill I season them with salt and pepper and wrap them in bacon....

 

We had some late evening clouds here that cut off the evening sun. Nice that it cooled to 100°.
