Another big day on the water, I’m beat, Gracie loves the water Bo not so much, but he is swimming better ad better Unfortunately I put a good scratch on my boat leaving the dock, I could have avoided that but sh*t happens so fast 🤬
Evening Woodsnitzes. We hit 107° this evening at 6 PM. No relief in sight for temperatures or my water bill. Much pool time and cool beverages. The neighborhood ne’er-do-wells go back to school tomorrow.
Wife went to a funeral today.
The deceased drowned in her own pool.
she never learned how to swim. When she went in (to save her autistic teenage son )
in the deep end that was it. She was revived but apparently not in time.

It must be tough deciding whether to sit in the pool with a cold adult beverage or sit inside in the AC watching the big screen with an adult beverage
I know how to swim. But not well enough to span an open area. I mean I d prolly make it. But my self preservation DNA kicks in everytime and says nay nay
