Going for this look, minus the red striping. Stripes will be gloss black. My friend says he can do it ghost style so the light has to hit it right

Took beautiful Pearl for some Kubbing this evening. No plan, just point and go.
Got back a bit ago and fired up the Shovel.
Shovelheads are particular. You can't let it sit a month or so like newer bikes. Well, you can, but a list of problems can arise, sumping, firing on one cylinder, etc. They need to be started and ran/rode weekly. That probably eliminates 90% of the Poindexters out there.....
Sumping wasn't a big deal in 1974. Next good fire up it belched most of it out and hopefully some on the chain....
