99% of licenses are in a data bank somewhere with a status. Whether good/ expired what have you.

It’s the diet formerly known as atkins and now keto. Basically you eliminate carbs. You have steak with a side of pork chops. Who doesn’t think that’s a great and easy “diet” to follow?

I have learned moderation in all things, regarding food so one can still enjoy those “carbs” usually we have a jones for. Attitude helps with weight loss. Fortunately I have maintained.

Finally, no true weight loss occurs without exercise and here’s a Pro Tip many know but don’t consider it as exercise.

Walking. No need to pump iron, run 30 miles, etc. just walk for at least 30 minutes. I have an easily remembered routine. 3/30/300.

Whatever exercises you choose to do, do it 3 days a week, for 30 minutes and burn 300 calories. Apparatus’s abound to track, and you can exceed if you choose to, won’t hinder. But if you do anything, walk. I park in back forty so I get “steps”, I normally have a treadmill around, recent move but I keep one to walk if that’s all I do for the day.

You can do it! My .02

Halito Woods and Toaks. U all seem to be pretty active. I know I need to watch a bit on what I eat and get more excercise. Lost about 10 pounds past month or so....need to get off my *** and walk the dog daily. Oh well....gotta do it.
Will be taking a ride to Ft Custer National Cemetery today. Have a friend and Legion member down there. He made a huge impression on me 23+years ago. Highly respected by me. He passed away on a golf course, playing a game he loved. I have ridden down there every year since his passing in 2012. Have can of Coors Light for his head stone. Have tried couple times to organize this and it never materialized. So I said screw it, sent mass email, told them when and where I was going. You wanna ride fine. If not, fine.
So I hope you all have a good day. Be careful out there. Remember, I;m pulling for ya....we're all in this together.
