Can’t find anyone that wants to go to the Rangers vs. White Sox game tomorrow at 1 PM. They all cite “work” as an excuse. Don’t they know it is Max Sherzer’s debut?

Been on the Carnivore diet for a little over 2 weeks, 17 days to be exact, and I've lost 12 lbs. I've never been on a diet that works this good, and eating ribeyes and chicken doesn't **** me off.

yeah well aspirin a hd antihistamine in the blood while it’s being drawn didn’t help. I’d need another test down the road completely free of everything to have a better reading me thinks

I fast 12hrs before blood work. Whether I need to or not, I like my system clean.

I've heard pretty much only great things about the carnivore diet. Seems to be getting more and more popular... even if you're not dieting to lose weight, it's still supposed to be great for you in general.
