Gracie got me up two hours ago but I managed to get a nap afterwards.

 

Good morning Mick and all. I have to head out in a couple of hours to set up for the gig. It will be a hot one. I hope the stage stays in the shade. I will have a fan on me, a cooler with ice water soaking the cool wraps. I keep one around my neck if it gets too hot. Lots of hydrating, no beer just water. This will be the first 4 hour gig in a long time. Usually it's just 3 which I like. We have another 4 hour afternoon gig booked for August 13th. You really could not ask for more heat. Maybe is will cloud up and even rain some, that always helps keep the temp down.

Everyone ride safe and Chuck, I love the puppy! Scooby has some doggles too but alas she only wants to chase a motorcycle not ride on one. I put a side car on the Springer thinking she would love to ride with me but that was not the case.

 

Slept in this morning
nice crisp air chased the humid shlt out from f here last night. Not saying it’s pancake an syup weather but it is refreshing
