So I guess I'm a father again. Now we have two ankle-biters, which was my wife's idea. Oh well I can be a daddy. 😄
So much for the hunting dog I was thinking about getting in retirement.

Evening gents. Long couple of days. Cheryl, Casper, and I did a road trip to Medford, OR for work. We went by way of Santiam Pass to Sisters, then on to Crater Lake just because. We ended up staying in Ashland OR, just a few miles north of Yreka where we stayed one night for WS24. Ashland turned out to be a very nice community with a bustling historic downtown area, fantastic restaurants, and a Shakespearian theater, which we will attend at a later date. I had no idea it was such a charming little burg. I'll make that my hub for future Medford business.
The ride back was not as fun. Casper had some sort of issues choking and having trouble breathing. We never did figure out what it was exactly. He ended up barfing a few times, which is always pleasant in a car. but it made him feel better, so some car cleanup is well worth it. As was the doggy liner we had in the cargo area, saving me a bigger mess to clean up.
All's well that ends well. We are all home resting comfortably.

Good looking pup Stan...
My crew and I got a little hot today. I let a phucking idiot builder talk/beg me into pouring today even tho we couldn't get concrete till 10.
That **** will never happen again. Damn near killed me and my guys. He was talking and I was tired of his **** and set my tools down and I turned around and was going to knock him the ***** out and he turned around and left. I was hot, tired and mean and there was no give a ***** left. We had water and pickle juice and gatorade a plenty but it was still Goddamn rough.
Came home, showered, ate a bite and went to bed. Woke up at 8 and I'm into my second glass of Proper Twelve.
I'm still phucking pissed but maybe I'll feel better tomorrow.....

The things we do to keep happy customers. I hear you Jack. Good on you, but I'm sure it was hell. I mean, it was damn near unbearable up here in Minnesota.
