Well the ride did not go as planned. On the way to my house one of the guys lost the front wheel bearing on his Fatboy. They were about 6 miles from here. Taz went to get the rescue trailer and I went down and helped them load. Then we all went down to Dade City to breakfast. It was a nice ride down and back so I got to ride anyway. Now it is time for some tapas and a beer.

wonder what that felt like.Losing the wheel bearing.

It feels like you're on a death rocket, about to die! Then the bike stops, you thank God for another day, and have tapas and beer to finish out the morning.

I lost front bearings on my 2013 SG in Virginia. Shook violently on the highway at 70mph. Scared the **** outta me!! Fortunate I didn't lose it. And fortunate as hell I stopped about 3 miles from Shanandoah Harley....who got me right in and did the repair.
I highly recommend people replace bearings at least every other tire change. Better safe than sorry!

Purchased new 1990, parked fall of 2007, pushed out of garage this morning the revival begins 👍.
