Chuck, if you have industrial supply house near by you can buy the heim joints and install on current shift rod. Save a few bucks for the fancy ones!! I did this on my bike. The heim joints are a lot better than the stock crap!

Mornin Woods, hope all is well. Hot and humid here, T-storms tonight and tomorrow. Took the Road King in for inspection and ended up bring a new Road Glide Special home the next day. Trying to get some miles on it, about 340 miles on it so far, need to get some seat time in this weekend when possible.

Another "when I win the lottery" toy. Oddly enough, its excellent handling has been attributed to several crashes involving experienced pilots. Get silly with it at low altitudes and find out it's not really like a fighter. Only 100hp won't get you out of trouble quick, either. Kind of like an airplane version of the dozens of bikes decorating the Tail of the Dragon tree. I'd like to say l never pushed an airplane, but, they're kind of like motorcycles when there's nobody around...
