Well, she said she slipped off the ladder on the way out and ended up going in again!
Evening, OG.

No , I battened down the hatches and the RV came through the hurricane without incident. I think, it was dark when I got here, I’ll inspect things in the morning.

I never got over 40 on the bikes today, but even that was a bit painful. Took about two minutes for my fingers to get cold. First trip, second was mitts with separate liners, those worked fine. Then my toes got cold, my Harley boots have no insulation. Temps were ok while it was raining till about 1pm, then dropped really fast. I didn't bother to check when I went out, but didn't take long to figure it out.

Only been using the sportster and honda scooter/sidecar this summer, topped them both off this afternoon, plus a 5 gallon can I carried in the sidecar. Was 67 or 68 this morning, when I got home with the sportster, it was 39, damned cold last ride for the year, didn't expect it to chill down so fast.

Starting tomorrow, attention goes back to stuff inside the house, a lot I've been putting off till winter, I'm not going to be bored.
