TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge part XIV.
Mornin Bob
thanks again for the time on my 3 way switch.
that pesky 14-3 was routed from the bottom switch to the light THEN back to the other switch.
which was the root of my problem. I ended up using the white as a neutral. Tied the red to the other switch and used the black as my common. The white in the first switch was capped.

New windows.... our house was built 1985/86. We moved in January 1986. Had our windows replaced about 5 years ago. Cost a little, but worth it. We only have six windows and a sliding patio door. All replaced, and fine! Good luck on your project!

Morning Woods! Late check in. Not much new here. On my way to chauffeur two little granddaughters to their summer gymnastics program.

our windows were original from the 50’s. When we bought the place (2009). We replaced with a family owned company called “thermo-tite”. We had zero issues until the fogging in this one casement. Now to replace a whole bay window was 13 grand. We found a guy, Al, are you listening, that can order just the window and use the existing frame. So it was a no brainer. Just hope it fits. The window was built elsewhere per measurement’s. So that’s a lingering would be problem. Hoping for the best.

Good Luck!!! Although I'm sure you and your window installer will have no issues, and the fit will be tight and correct!!
