I made some bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeņo poppers yesterday that may have been a little too spicy for my cousin’s daughter who lives in Delaware. She wasn’t in any real distress but I could tell that they got her attention. I thought they were very mild with a nice little kick to them.

I use bourbon brown sugar and mesquite for brisket
