My 1st cousin who lives in Bakersfield and his two children just left after visiting today. We had a nice visit and it was good to reconnect further after our short visit at his home last week. Made steaks, sweet corn on the grill and baked potatoes. Introduced the children (19 and 27) to pickled okra.

Evening Gents
My wife's nephew was married yesterday so most of the weekend has been spent with family (hers), as a bunch of out of towners came in for the affair.
Tomorrow, I take a 400-mile round trip to visit a cousin with stage 4 lung cancer, and other complications. Something I need to do.
That's about all so far folks.
