Went out in the shop 6:30 this morning and Denny'd all 4 bikes. I can't have donuts but Cool Hand Luke LOVES donuts so I went and got him a fresh dozen....
I started the Carnivore diet last Monday. It's not for everyone because basically you only eat meat and dairy and eggs. ZERO carbs allowed. I haven't really been hungry because on this diet you eat ribeye, grilled or skillet chicken, etc, until your full. You can eat a lot just no carbs. I weighed yesterday and I've lost 6 lbs in 6 days. I don't expect that to keep up, but ****, in a month that's at least 20+ lbs. That's a significant weight loss. I just ate 4 eggs and 3 pieces of sausage for breakfast, and I'm full.
Probably wouldn't be a great diet if you have high cholesterol, but my bad cholesterol is ridiculously low, like 96 my last blood work.
