Yesterday, I felt incredible, all things considered. Today, I'm a little tender, but I feel almost normal. This is where I think the most danger lies. It's easy to forget I'm not 100% and hurt myself. So, I'm being cautious, but getting through the day doing fun things. I'm planning a photo shoot shortly.

We just took our first three up motorcycle ride , Trish, Bo & I . Everybody did great 👍
Went around Long Lake, to the dog park, to Pet Smart , to the gas station and home.
