We have safely arrived in Raton. The picture is of Capulin mountain, one of the best examples of a volcanic cinder cone.

The last 100 miles were nothing but an *** beating with STRONG quartering winds. The bar opens in 8 minutes.

Amazingly yes. My lower back at extreme bends hurts and gets sore very easy. But pain wise, it's my left foot. It swells with use too, which is to be expected. Moving the bike around doesn't hurt the foot though, but my legs aren't as strong as they were when I was riding the bagger every day for over two years. That said, my legs are getting stronger using the bike and moving it around.
