TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge part XIV.
When you can stand on one leg (the injured one) and do a dip.
You have to think of the "what ifs". What if you put your foot down at a stop and it's loose. Your foot slips out and you need to muscle the bike back to level. It's hard under the best of circumstances. Can you do that in your current condition? Or will the bike hit the ground? And if that happens, can you lift it without injuring yourself?

As far as doing the dip, yes. That was in PT yesterday. My good leg was isolated and I was made to do squats on the weak leg. It was painful until it loosened up. It is still somewhat stiff. Moving the bike caused zero pain.
I'm not arguing the case, I have lost strength. The best way to get it back is to work it. I have been moutning the bike and lifting it in sets as part od my therapy. Moving it side to side, moving it out and then backing it back in.

@nevadabob thanks for the tops switches finally working as they should. Just one thing. Do both the carrier wires need to be parallel with both switches ?? In other words should they be matching brass screws . Or can they be crossed?
the power is fed to one switch black screw and then that travels to the other black screw /switch runs to the light

No - it doesn't matter what brass screw you land the travelers on.
Home Depot had a special on electrical tools so it was good that I waited. 6 tools and a belt for them for 44 bucks. Thunderstorms rolling in so the bike stays under wraps.

Wish we would have some thunderstorms! Well at least the rain part!! Hot and humid today. And, as much as I hate to say it, my grass is a nice shade of tan/brown.......
