Well I have some electrolyte I plan to use with my water, but I'll try to remember a gatorade now and again. Planning on stopping every couple hours to take a break and hydrate anyhow. Plus stopping at various sites along the way.
Please keep the advice coming.... I enjoy that!!

I don’t drink near as much as I used to. Coffee joints are popular round here. But that’s a diuretic (it dehydrates you too). But the riders like the way it perks you up.
Me ? I try and keep a thirst quencher in an insulated bottle. No caffeine, no alcohol until I’m done riding. But it isn’t easy to stay away from a rum n coke or frosty mug.

Good evening gents. Whew, today was one of those days that I wished I’d stayed in bed.

Good evening all. Good to see Ricky playing well. It is shaping up to be quite a weekend for the US Open.

Evening Rob. Must have been a regional thing. Today was fraught with frustration. The stupidity of our fellow PNW residents factored highly.

But now all is well. I am officially on vacation and sitting on the patio sipping Vodka Lemonades. My son and Cheryl's sister fly in tomorrow for a week long visit. Really looking forward to seeing my kid. The Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum has a SR-71 symposium on Father's Day and we'll check that out. I have never seen a SR-71 in person. They also have the Spruce Goose. It should be a lot of fun.

Hola, Bob. Watched SR71 take off...unbelievable. Saw the Spruce Goose when it was in Long Beach. You walked down a short walkway and turned at the end and there it was. Cracked me up, I never heard people say 'oh my god' so many times and consistently. You will enjoy.
