Well got my hair cut and beard trimmed. Should be good to go.....pretty much a buzz cut and trimmed a bunch of floating beard off so should not blow up around my face. Then mowed. Lawn really dry and pretty brown, but should be good while I'm gone.
Close friend passed and visitation tonite and funeral tomorrow. Can't go to funeral because we have a re-seat thing going on for MSU basketball. So visitation tonight for me, wife and daughter will be at funeral tomorrow. Sad day for us, she was a special lady.
So I start final prep on bike tomorrow for trip. Just want to make double sure things are good and I have everything on the bike I think I need. Pretty nervous about this trip....longest one I've take to date!

Haven't been riding since the long way through farmland grocery run, yard and grandkids taking all my energy. Not that I have much anymore. Typical MN weather, mud for planting season, dirt turned to concrete in growing season. Haven't seen many bikes yet this year, unusual.
