TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge part XIV.
Halito Jack, Mick, Greg, Jeff, Lou, Stan, Russ, Tim, Woods, and anyone who snuck in. Dropped Traverse off at dealer. Had an oil change and tech said I had some worn rear tie rods. We have extended warranty, so dropped off at dealer to have them check. Hope they find something, fix it, and get it done today. Also dishwasher took a crap yesterday. Found paperwork, replaced back in 2001, so we got our money's worth. Gonna go look for new one today.
Man....trip planning, shed paint, dishwasher, Legion things....gonna be a busy two weeks for me!

@NoRegerts Chris, your kubbing this morning includes a visit to the country museum in that vacation mecca known as Crescent. OK.

Well wifey made up my mind and told me what she wanted. Went to Lowe's and ordered it. Installed, 3 yr warranty, removal of old one, and some misc items they need for install.... $670 otd. Only problem is I may not be around for the install, so wife will get one of the boys to come over to be here.
Then went to Harley shop and bought new rain suit. Old one is 15+ years old and starting to feel a bit stiff/crumply.... thinking it may be at it's end. New suit, $100, is bulkier than the HD suit, but that's pretty much what they had. Suppose I coulda shopped around a bit more, but I want it done with. So I may use the rain jacket as a riding jacket for this trip. Double duty!
