Late morning Halito Woods. Therapy 0800 this morning. Back is feeling much better, but my right hip is still an issue. More excercises to do now. Have Physical Therapy again tomorrow. I think some of this stuff is working.

Mornin Woods, I tried but I can’t wait until noon for a beer so
