PT was incredible today. In a bad way. I'm sore as hell right now. I have Dan the PT man. He's great. Worked with me while I was in the hospital. I requested him specifically because he's not afraid to push me, and that he did.

Good morning all. The work week is usually Tues-Thurs but I had to log some hours yesterday due to a training session on a new system. Then I went ahead and did some of today's tasks. So today will be reduced to half day as well. I will not be going to St Pete on Thursday either due to a Dr. appt that was scheduled before my days changed from Mon-Wed to the current Tue-Thu. I am nothing if not flexible.

 

my schedule can change too. But usually I do it instead of my boss. And he generally doesn’t care as long as the maintenance is done for the week.
