Fluid levels were good yesterday when I checked. Have not checked yet today.

From what I understand, a vent was added to a lot of the recalled sumping M8s in the beginning as well as the newer oil pump. Hopefully this is something easy to deal with.

Front and back yards mowed and looking good. I will save the weed eating until late this week. It is too hot now to swing that thing around.

Rick, your transmission is already vented, that's the little black curved rubber hose at the back of the transmission cover on top of the transmission. What may be happening is you're continuing to get fluid migration into your primary (from the trans) which if over full will begin blowing out of your new primary vent that was installed by the dealer. It's just a guess but that's my opinion.
