Best thing to do if you recap it is let it dry (3 weeks min) don't drive on it. Then seal it with at least 2 coats of a concrete sealer. 3 would be better. I don't know if they have an ASCO's up there, but any commercial concrete supply/rental place that sells concrete stains will have a real good quality sealer.

The sealer will make your new floor shiny and pretty, and it will be a barrier that will never let anything penetrate and damage the concrete...

What do you think about those poly aspartic coatings after a recap such as Russ did?

Had to tell Miss Miss goodbye....

I'm not in that business, but have seen it done. If you're floor isn't too bad you may be able to patch (properly) bad spots then coat it. If the floor is bad then yea, probably recap and coat it. Gotta make sure it's DRY. That's the main thing in stamping and staining concrete, then sealing. Make sure all moisture is GONE, otherwise it'll be trapped underneath and cause issues. I'm sure that stuff is the same.

The poly-aspartic coating we had done in the garage is awesome. Similarly, we’re very happy with the back porch that we had done as well.

Evenin, Greg and Russ. Grilled hamburgers after the game, now relaxing and watching FSU/Washington.

Evenin, Tim. Sometimes relaxing is its own best reward.
