We used to have gunneries in Korea during “Team Spirit” exercises and some of the Koreans would stand underneath the helicopters on the firing line with a basket to catch the expended brass to make into their wares.

I've fired several .50 BMG rounds, out of a BMG. Those are awesome to play with. I'd like a Barrett .50, but it's kind of expensive for something I have no real use for.

I don't remember ever seeing one of those fired, but I have seen what I was told were 37mm tracers at night, biggest tracers I've ever seen. Green. American stuff is red...
