Grandkids loved their new teeter totter airplane today, but didn't take long for the girl to say it's too hot and want back inside. I agreed with her. Both practiced some screaming today, she when he accidentally? head butted her in the nose, and he when he tried closing a door without getting his fingers out of the way. Nothing out of the ordinary. Didn't accomplish much today.
Jack, good that your friends are still around, but sounds like they're going to take a while to get back to normal, especially her. I'm guessing the bike is a wreck, but that's a lot less painful to deal with, expendable compared to friends.

Chuck and Trish have been introduced to some of the fauna of this region, rat snakes on the road, dead armadillos and feral hogs plus this little guy who lives in our backyard somewhere. He got inside last night and was getting a drink out of the dog’s water bowl when the cats spotted him. I took him back outside before he got hurt.

I've put 16" Avons on my Electra Glide and the rear on the 1200, and they were fairly easy. The miserable one was the skinny 21" with a tube on the sportster's front. It needs a new again, and I'm not looking forward to it. Done an assortment of tires on the metrics, and they were pretty easy. I think I've posted this before, but with tubeless it really helps to have a maximum airflow to seat the beads, no valve in the stem and an open chuck without that valve depressor in it. I even drilled a chuck out bigger for more air, made a difference.

Evening gents. Took a pain pill as per my new night routine. TLT and the girls are leaving Saturday morning, so I'll be all alone.

I have no one that can actually stay with me. I'll be okay. I'll have to limit any kind of dangerous activity. For instance, this evening I was working with crutches and nearly fell. TLT was close enough to prevent disaster, but I still managed to hurt myself. So, none of that while they're gone.
