Nice setup & Kitchen !
My house - Prior Owner, they designed & built the kitchen wrong
You are supposed to leave 36" for a fridge, they did not
I was limited on the fridge I could buy as a result
Did not get any smart appliances

I took the MW down which was over the stove, which became a thing years ago
The idea was to get ready for the new MW
But with it down I found I really like not having it over the stove
For a larger family someone can cook while someone else uses the MW
Last house we had a MW cart & it was nice not having the 2 together

Now a quick redesign to have the MW to the right of the stove
Simple change & I will install a hood over the stove
Now I just need to find cabinets that I like

Thanks, Dave.
MW over the stove is great for those without a lot of counter space. I'm used to it up there.
2 can cook there, just that the one cooking at the stove should wear a helmet.

Nice setup Greg. I can’t wait to leave my sticky fingerprints all over the new appliances lol.

When I redo the kitchen it will still be off the counter & on the wall
I think counter tops are also for when you have kids or smaller people
PO wife was I think just under 5' tall, so it was even lower then usual

Other house we did not have any counter space lol
Hence the MW cart on the other side of the kitchen
I added on a Sunroom, blew out the wall & put in I think an 8' counter

Wish I had that sunroom at this house
