I'd have to mow at least twice a week for that. I mow at 3.5 to 4" out back, ground isn't smooth enough for shorter, shave the high spots. Plus when we get a rainy spell, it can grow to 6" or more before I can mow (can't get traction on the hill unless the grass is completely dry) and can clog the mower trying it shorter. One exceptionally wet summer I had weeds in the gully taller than me. Wouldn't have been able to mow it with a push mower.

What the hell, just noticed the time. Seems a few minutes ago it was 9pm. Gotta take my aching body to bed. More digging today, until the Canadian smoke drove me indoors. Had to take the battery out of one of my fire alarms, kept going off. Must be super sensitive, but this is the smokiest it's been outside since I lived here.

Mornin, Bill and Jack.

Still laughing at your 'I've been at this too long to be taken out by a Poindexter' line in the group ride thread, Jack.

I've got 8 wires left to solder and I can start putting Pearl back together, unless more Miss Miss babysitting is required....

Good morning all. The wife began her routine to get ready to go riding. She started at 8AM. I am hoping she is ready to ride by 10AM. Everyone ride safe.
