Yesterday spent some time with son in law at his new office suite and warehouse. The office suite has a kitchen over twice as big as mine, and total floor space may be a little more than my house. The biggest room is a kids room, and he already put an inflatable bouncing castle in it. The kids already like to join Dad after school instead of going home. That will change soon, getting to be swimming pool weather. He deals with clients on site, not his office, but it will provide a nice place for Audrey to have meetings with her employees - they all work from home normally. She's setting up one of the bigger rooms as a living room, with comfortable furniture.

Spent over an hour last night wiring her new home garbage disposal. Wiring wasn't code, wasn't sensible, and confusing. They'd gotten new kitchen cabinets, and the installer wired it up, but it would run even with the switch off. Daughter tried re-wiring it but it would just pop the circuit breaker. Figured it out and got it running right, switch finally working, but a real pita to reach. Used Wago 221 connectors, the newer ones with levers instead of the older push it in ones I've used before, like them a lot better, and they can be re-used. Couldn't have done it with twist on connectors, not enough room. Sucks working under sinks.

Mostly excited about the Carlini Gangster Apes. They should be here by this weekend. Right now tracking says they're in New Mexico. I have a bunch of wires to solder together, that's going to be the most tedious part. Putting her back together will be fun. Have a couple other parts I'm waiting on, but mainly the fork oil is holding me up....
Are the new apes taller?

We have fallen short in that category I am afraid.

Cheryl was going to grill chicken. I could ask her to boil it if you think that would offset the situation favorably.

Don't go from bad to worse, Bob.
