My left shoulder is still broken, but I'll be able to start passive external rotation and weight bearing below elbow level.

My left foot is still broken. It can fvck off.

My right foot has healed enough that I can start weight bearing. That means i can transition to crutches and/or a knee scooter with some more therapy.

Hear your frustration on the foot Chris, but this is progress. Kudos.

So far, the birthday festivities have included:

A trip to the pool store to get pool chemicals.

Lunch, complete with margaritas and sangria with a gallon of sangria to go.

A stop at the grocery store for some shrimp, crab legs, avocados and milk.

We should be partying away the rest of the day!
