Morning gents! Another hot sunny day on tap. Cheryl, Casper and I are taking the convertible to cruise PCH and beach bum it today. We'll spend the night in Cannon Beach and I have meetings at a coastal hospital tomorrow.

Morning Rob! Yup....I think we made it to the sweet spot in the weather. Turned the furnace off a few days ago and I don't expect to run A/C until July. Even when it was 90 yesterday the house never climber above 75 degrees. The cool evenings help.
