Nice to see you out and about today Mick! Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts. As far as the Fat Boy, it can identify as anything it wants, just don't give in to the temptation and drink domestic beer.

Lou, these are some really neat photos. How did you color them? Certainly, your great grandfather was still in the Era of silver nitrate, prior to the common use of color photography.

Someone colorized them. They were posted by a California historical society. This is before my great grandfather purchased the blacksmith shop so pre 1862. I still have the deed and the property.

He paid $1200 for the business fwiw. It's worth approx $350,000 in dirt now.
