My wood front door was looking all tired and dusty so I cleaned it with Murphy’s Oil Soap last week and although it was clean it still looked tired and dusty. Ordered some of the Howard Sunshield stuff and the door looks fantastic now. If you have a wood front door, try this..

It's all been passive" so far Chris ... NO weights ... No movement without some sort of support ... All involve range of motion ... Pulleys ... My last conversation with the Doc was a couple of weeks ago ... He said mine was one of the more severe repairs that he's done ... Lucky me ... I'll see him again on Thursday

Larry I am wishing you well. Still on the mend from my accident two years ago and the last of the stiches come out this week. The rehab has been great for me, I actually had a very good checkup last week for a change.

Larry, I'm sore as hell today from my PT yesterday, but I've made some huge improvements. For instance, sitting on the edge of the bed, I would cross my arms and try to lift both knees. I couldn't lift them at all a few days ago. Like I was paralyzed. Last night, I was able to get my feet an inch off the floor. I also did my shoulder and back. It hurts, bad! But it's worth it to keep pushing.
