The bike I had in mind to build lends itself better to being a Road Glide because there are more parts available. I looe the look of them, (they've grown on me) and since the crash, I have a hard time seeing myself on another Street Glide. Last year to six months back, I had been considering a Raod Kimg with an FXR fairing then thought Road Glide would be even better, not cobbled together. I liked the bars and the replacement top clamp and thought it looked stripped down and sexy as hell. I thought, if I ever build another, it would be a RG with that system along with other goodies I have in mind.

So in long, no, not a family or friend. I have no vested interest in the company. I just love the parts and the quality. The feel of the bike in unlike anything ive felt and i dont want to not have that now.

My wife would advise you to not pay it off, and certainly don't drain your account or 401 to do so. The house is a secure place to have a debt and you're basically paying yourself. You need a place to live, you spend that money each month paying for that place to live. The money you have elsewhere is growing interest and is worth more where it is than in the house. Unless you're going to sell, and even then, use the equity to pay off the debt and keep your 401 intact, pocketing or investing the profit.

Hypothetical: I am attempting to sue Dunlop. I shoild know in a couple weeks if i have a case. If i won $400k in a suit, I'd pay off the new bike I brought, and Layla's car. Not much more debt to speak of outside the house. I wouldn't pay off the house. I'd continue my payments to keep a balance on the credit books. The a portion I'd save and a portion I'd invest in hopes of making that money work for me.

TLT does the money works around here. She says what we can and cannot do. I just go with it. She's a smart woman and knows how to manage the money. I have a little out of each check I save and that's what I use for other things. If I don't have it, I save. I don't use credit outside the big purchases, and even then, I make sure I can pay that debt if I had to get away from the payment.

Hi RGB Stan!

Oh, this was funny. I have that picture on my nightstand, where you told me not to put it. #nosteakforemily sees it and asked who the people were. You, Russ, and Mick. I said, those are my friends. She says, why are they all in their 70s?

At least, I thought it was funny. Feel free to berate her if you get down in May. I'll make myself available.

Good morning all. The sprinkler man is coming today to fix the issue caused by the first sprinkler guy. Then all will be well. Monitoring the love bugs today to see if riding is possible. I take back the contention that hockey is over for me when the Lightning were eliminated. I am now worked up and pulling for the Florida Panthers. Stanley needs to get his tan back.
