Recovery is going as well as can be expected. I'm finding myself getting frustrated at times, still in constant pain and sore as hell from the PT. It all means I'm healing, so that's good. I promise, I will avoid this experience with fervor for the rest of my life.

I thought I'd share this. As you're aware, we are swearing in the Kerrville Chapter of the Thin Blue Line LEMC on Saturday. I, of course, am pushing myself to be there, because as President, I won't back down and appear weak. Anyway, as a new chapter, we created our founder patch. This patch is only for the few that are present at the formation of the chapter. New probates after this will not get it. We all worked together to design this and I'm very proud of the way it came out.

We spent about a week packing what we could in totes. They picked up the big stuff and totes. We had to leave a lot behind. The contractor is going over the list and talking about compensation for what they didn't pack
